ERIC SARNO NAMED OPERATIONS COORDINATOR FOR THE ARIZONA IMPACT

Glendale, AZ – The Arizona Impact name Eric Sarno the Operations Coordinator for the 2017/2018 MASL2 season.

Having worked in Administration for the Oskar Blues FC during their 2012/2013 PASL season, Sarno will coordinate the overall game-day operations to include live team stats. Eric’s background includes an extensive history of playing and coaching at the professional outdoor level and now resides with the Phoenix Rush Soccer Club and Paradise Valley High School.

“Sarno is a blessing”, says Impact Owner Patrick Fisher. “He’ll take on a lot of the duties I’ve handled over the past 4 years freeing me to focus more on getting the organization to the top professional level of the Major Arena Soccer League to compete with the San Diego Sockers, Soles De Sonora and Ontario Fury.  It’s been my goal since day one and this is another step closer to it.”

The Arizona Impact kick-off their MASL2 season at home against the Colorado Inferno on December 9th, 7:05 pm at the Arizona Sports Complex.  Season tickets and individual game tickets can be purchased at www.arizonaimpact.com.

ABOUT THE MAJOR ARENA SOCCER LEAGUE 2 (M2)

The MASL 2 was formed in 2017 and will serve as the official developmental league of the Major Arena Soccer League. The M2 and MASL represent the highest level of arena soccer in the world, and combined feature 26 teams across North America, with teams playing coast-to-coast in the United States, Mexico and Canada (Toronto to begin play in 2018).
